Procedures for Program Participation

If an Investor chooses to participate in a Managed Buy/Sell Program there are some basic protocols that must be followed.

This page will explain the procedures and the role that Global Capital Investing plays in introducing the Investor/Depositor to the Program Principals.

The most important aspect of any investment is the safety and security of an investor’s capital. 

Access to Genuine and Experienced Instrument Providers and Monetizers are the ONLY thing that keeps your Capital safe and secure.

This can only be accomplished by dealing with a true Program Principal directly.

Private Placement Programs and Managed Buy/Sell Programs are unlike other investments where Pitch Decks and past history and performance are sent out for review.

Managed Buy/Sells are all Private Banking Transactions involving proprietary relationships developed over many years. 

Global Capital Investing values and respects these relationships and no introductions can be made until an Investor has shown Proof Of Funds and met compliance.

Once Proof Of Funds are shown, an introductory phone call will be set up where an investor can ask any questions and meet the program principals to see if they would like to move forward.

The Role Of Global Capital Investing

Global Capital Investing has cultivated a strong working relationship over the course of many years with real Program Principals and Operators.

Global Capital Investing will not compromise those relationships with time wasters, dishonest intermediaries, brokers and information gatherers.

Global Capital Investing is NOT a program principal or owner.

Global Capital Investing is NOT a Broker and does not misrepresent themselves as having access to programs unless they actually do.

Global Capital Investing simply acts as an intermediary to introduce interested clients to REAL program facilitators.

Global Capital Investing will introduce qualified clients to the Program Principals and Facilitators and not create Sub-Programs using the client’s money.

Global Capital Investing does not [scalp] a client by hiding program dividends and ROI from the client and trying to take profit directly from the program and out of the client’s pockets.

Global Capital Investing does not make [side deals] with the client by charging a fee to allow the client access to the program.

Global Capital Investing is only interested in working with sophisticated investors who have knowledge of or are open to learning about transactions in the private banking sector.

Global Capital Investing strongly encourages clients to research Managed Buy/Sell programs for themselves to learn more.

Global Capital Investing also strongly cautions clients to avoid falling victim to Brokers and other individuals who create “Sub-Programs” to get the client to deposit funds with them.

Does Global Capital Investing Work with other Intermediaries?

Global Capital Investing works with real and honest intermediaries and will share the intermediary consulting fee if that intermediary has a serious client who is looking to deploy capital.

You can't access any program [Global Capital Investing has access to] with a Client's funds claiming them to be your own. You will FAIL COMPLIANCE and be barred from all future programs.

Global Capital Investing will need to speak to the client and intermediary to determine if they are a fit for the program.
